For one of the Marriott hotels located in Voronezh, we have implemented a fancoils management system to save energy resources.

The hotel has 321 rooms with 1 to 3 fancoils in each.

After receiving information from the internal software of the hotel about the status of the room, system automatically sets temperature and adjusts operating mode of the equipment. Alert for critical temperatures is also available.

This is a first step of Building Management System integration to the hotel.
